David Sensei's thoughts.

Hello everyone! this is what I think about Dinner.

Many Japanese people care very much about a well balanced dinner with a lot of vegetables and healthy food.  It is very good but you don't need to care everyday.  If you want to eat a big cake for dinner, DO IT!  If you feel tired and don't want to cook a big dinner, DON'T cook it, Eat out or go to the convenicence store.  If your husband complains he wants a home cooked dinner but you feel very tired, TELL HIM to SHUT UP!  Of course eating a big cake everyday is not good for your health because you might look like this:

But if you feeled stressed, tired or just don't want to cook, Do want you like! I always eat like this, sometimes I eat only a big pack of cheetos and strawberry milk for dinner, sometimes I don't eat dinner. Sometimes I eat an apple pie at Midnight.  I might not be perfectly healthy when I am an old man and I might die younger. But I will die Happy!  A happy short life is better then a long stressed life.

  1. I think so too. But My older daughter has a very small body and very light. She had guidance from a pediatrician about meal. But she has a healthy and me too. A lot of stress are the cause of the sick. I think that I want to happy talk when breakfast, lunch and dinner. I want to eat a cheetos too!!!

    I couldn't come your class for a week?
    Now I caught a cold,and I have pain in my throat. I will be absent this week,too.sorry.

    Anyway,this picture's lady gaves me a
    confidence!!

    Now I care about my weight,but I don't care about the meals. But I don't want to become like this lady・・・Ummm・・・ I should think about it seriously.
